Manifesto three classic essays on how to change the world

Frank, good suggestion for a follow-up article. I’ll be a bit less methodical when it comes to refilling the buckets. I really like the CAPE valuation strategy outlined by many online (, Darrow Kirkpatrick), and think it’s a good metric to use to sell equities when they’re over-valued, but sell bonds when the equities are depressed. My plan is to occasionally (quarterly?) scan my portfolio and “pick off” a few shares of higher priced funds. Since I won’t have to worry about it until I’m at least a year into retirement, I haven’t defined a more scientific approach than that at this point.

In 2008, without a formal vote of the City Council, Philadelphia announced it was going to close 11 library branches. Grassroots organizations such as the Coalition to Save the Libraries sprang up, and residents of the affected neighborhoods along with several city councilors filed suit, citing an ordinance that no city-owned facility may close, be abandoned, or go into disuse without City Council approval. After two days of hearings packed with library supporters, and just hours before the mandated closure, Judge Idee Fox granted an injunction against the closures.

CBI director general Carolyn Fairbairn: "The Liberal Democrat Party rightly places planning for the economy of the future at the heart of its manifesto, with a clear focus on spurring innovation and entrepreneurship, and on delivering a world-class education for our children to equip them with the skills to succeed... However, as we chart a new course in our relationship with Europe, it's all the more important that the United Kingdom remains a highly attractive country in which to invest and create jobs. Reversing cuts to corporation tax and not getting behind Heathrow's expansion will limit the country's ability to remain internationally competitive."

I know Manifesto has been accused of being uninteresting, too sweet, "boring, glorified vanilla " etc... but I'm going to have to root for the underdog on this one! In fact, I wear it more than any other fragrance in my sizable collection right now. I just can't get enough! It smells so good. Very well balanced, classy, in-offensive (yet still projects and entices), & draws compliments . It is such a great fragrance. Silage is good but not monstrous, longevity is out of this world. It's still on my jacket from 3 days ago! Don't let the naysayers stop you from giving it a try. I avoided it for a long time because of poor reviews. Ironically, it's now closer to my signature scent than anything else currently circulating my rotation of use in my collection.

In my opinion, This fragrance is actually pretty hard to beat! Men go absolutely Gaga for it, a couple squirts last ALL day, and it's just so beautiful & feminine on me. I was so shocked to see the reviewers saying it goes masculine on them! It must be a chemistry thing because this doesn't even have a hint of masculinity at any point on me! If you like Oriental vanillas, this needs to be on your test list for sure! If you're worried about the price, don't be! You can find authentic tester bottles with the cap for 50$ or under! I have 2 unopened bottles stashed because I was fearful of ever running out. lol but truth be told, it'll take me forever to use them because it lasts so long you never need to reapply! I wear it 3 times a week and have only used a quarter of the bottle I bought 10 mos ago!
